Bio

Neil Meitzler is mainly a self-taught artist; he considers his only art training a brief time spent with the artist Kenneth Callahan. Blue Light represents for him the power and mystery of the Cascades, and the ever-changing moods of our interior landscapes. "While our existence momentarily may appear stable and continuous, we change from day to day," he says. "Finally, only the eroding rock of memory is left." Meitzler currently resides in Walla Walla, Washington.
