Bio

Maury Haseltine attended Portland's Reed College, the Museum Art School, and Eastern New Mexico University. She was a craftsperson as well as a painter. She was an art administrator in Salt Lake City. From 1947 to 1955 she painted under the name Maury Janney. In 1955 she was one of four women artists featured in a show at the Portland Art Museum. Her painting displayed at the Oregon Centennial Show is in the collection of the Oregon Historical Society. The Haseltines moved to Olympia, Washington.
