Description

Uncle Skulky, a villainous, conniving skeleton, functions as the alter ego for Oregon artist Frank Boyden. As such, Uncle Skulky can comment on the art world in a way that the artist himself cannot, pointing out the petty jealousies, irritations, and trials that comprise the life of an artist.

In this print, Uncle Skulky gloats over a successful gallery opening, noting all the little red dots on wall labels that indicate his work has been sold.
