Description

This lithograph depicts two intimate scenes in the studio, related but unseen by the other. On the left, a model takes a moment of rest between poses, while at right, three students look through a portfolio of drawings. Although the timelessness of the setting and the props suggests that this could have taken place at any time, the floppy hats of the artists reference a bygone era.
