Oregon Biennial, 2006

2006

The Biennial is a time-honored tradition dating from the 1940s, which surveys trends and directions in contemporary art in Oregon. Artists from Oregon and Clark County, Washington, are encouraged to submit slides of works in all mediums and viewpoints. Accepted pieces will be announced two to three months prior to the exhibition’s opening. The Oregon Biennial 2006 is an excellent opportunity for the Portland Art Museum and the public to discover current trends and new artists of Oregon.
