Bio

Hiromitsu, as he prefers to be known, works with stencil printing, a technique first developed by Mori Yoshitoshi. A resident of Tokyo, Hiromitsu finds his inspiration in kabuki, and he has made images of enduring kabuki characters--not actors--his specialty.
